Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Easy Return Policy
If you found product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request.
Return request must be raised within 15 days for all items from the date of delivery.
Valid reasons to return an item.
- Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or defective (e.g. unable to Use ).
- Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color).
- Delivered product is does not match product description or your instructions (i.e product not as described).
- Change Of Mind Is Not Applicable.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing.
Refunds
The Curtain Shop does not offer a “cash refund”.
However, there are specific cases where a refund is allowed. Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before Curtain Shop starts processing the shipment.
Or
If an item is found to be defective and being the only piece available.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, after approval 30% will be deducted from original amount and rest of the amount will be transferred to customer’s proffered payment method. Please remember it can take some time(3-12 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How To Return?
- To start a return/exhange request come to the Website curtainshop.pk.
- Click “Order Complaint Form” Available on curtainshop.pk.
- Fill out the “Order Complaint Form” with all the relevant information.
- Submit the request.
- Make sure you have submitted “Order Complaint Form” correctly.
- Within 3 to 5 working days our team will contact you and guide you to fulfill your request.
Shipping Returns/Exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Order Cancellation:
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Curtain Shop has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in quality control or the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
